These images are a mixture of the sea and small rivers and lagoons taken from around the world. Sometimes you cant beat the colours created by water and it definitely helps to have an amazing backdrop, thats why lagoon images tend to be my favorite. I love crystal clear water with a slightly blue tinge, as they just give this amazing hue. The images below show some of the best that i could find in my secondary research. I really like the bottom image of the lagoon in Thailand because of the capture of light within the harbor. I think it just adds another beautiful edge to it.
