For the first questionnaire i want to have some broad questions in it, in order to get as much information out of the public as possible. I want to gage their general understanding of Shakespeare, what they feel he has done, what they've learned etc and most importantly have they heard of him? Below is a list of questions i am planning on asking them:
Have you heard of Shakespeare?
Yes/No
Did you learn about him from School/Work/General Knowledge?
Have you seen any of his plays?
What plays do you know of his?
Do you find his writing and speech intimidating?
Did you know he invented over 2000 words, that we use regularly today, such as: aggravate, excellent, hurry, lonely the list goes on?
